In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. Praise be to God, Lord of the Worlds, and prayers and peace be upon the noblest of Prophets and Messengers.
On my own behalf, and on behalf of my colleagues on the Board of Directors, the administrative and technical staff, all the players of the first team, the youth team and the age-group squads, and every member of staff at the club, it gives me great pleasure to extend the warmest greetings and to welcome you to the official page of Msheireb Sports Club.
We take pride in every step we take together towards developing and elevating the club’s journey across the various sporting and youth arenas.
As a Board, we believe that excellence and success are not measured by titles alone, but also by building a gifted and promising generation in football. Our approach and our policy in developing talented generations will make us a model to be followed in building a sustainable sporting institution and landmark. Our plans and programmes for discovering talent will run from youth through to professionalism. Our approach will encompass spreading the culture and meaning of football, and will strengthen community belonging and the values of sportsmanship, so that Msheireb Sports Club stands as a leading platform in developing and sharing the concept of football.
I cannot close without extending my sincere thanks, appreciation and gratitude to everyone who stands behind the club’s direction and supports its vision — the members of the Board, the technical and administrative staff, and the players who give so generously of their effort and time. We also value the boundless support of the Ministry of Sports and Youth and the Qatar Football Association, and foremost among them His Excellency the Minister of Sports and Youth, President of the Qatar Football Association.
Wishing everyone success.
Khalid bin Rashid bin Hussein Al-Naimi
Chairman of the Board
