Our vision
Our vision centres on raising the standard of the club — administratively, technically, culturally and socially — and on establishing the foundations and programmes needed to spread and develop the noble concept of football. It means discovering Qatari talent and refining it from youth through to professionalism, becoming a valuable addition to Qatari football, and competing across a range of tournaments and competitions.
Our objectives
Our objectives rest on becoming a model to be followed in building a sustainable sporting institution: one dedicated to discovering talent from a young age and refining it, to spreading the culture and meaning of football throughout every segment of Qatari society, and to strengthening community belonging and the values of sportsmanship. The aim is for the club to stand as a leading platform for raising the standard of football and the way its concept is developed and shared within the community.
